Service personnel greatly enhanced the service experience with their friendly demeanor and attention to meeting our needs. The waiting area is very comfortable, clean and well maintained with coffee and water refreshments. Findings of the service and inspection were immediately brought to our attention and information relating to cost, necessity and options provided. Service staff was available by text and/phone during whole process. Upon completion we were briefed about results and offered opportunity to relate any questions or concerns we may have had.
